Tis the season again! No, not Christmas, although for some of us Workday® lovers, it feels like it… The 2022R1 Workday® release is here! This time it comes with tremendous changes and enhancements that will allow us take Workday® into the next level.

To get you warmed up, we will share the 5 most impactful updates (According to us of course, and this is a subjective matter). By doing so, we want to introduce our approach to understanding these updates, an easier and different way that will help you understand its value, effort and how this will improve your Workday® experience.

The other updates are all amazing, and picking those updates that will be most impactful will depend on your needs, but these are the five that drew an “oh wow!” Why? Because these updates address issues for different areas like payroll, implementation processes, HR core configurations etc.
