The story is simple: Paladino HCM comes to life after investing several years of working in consulting firms. This journey helped us arrive at one very simple realization: often, a consultant is great technically (pushes the right buttons) but lacks business acumen (doesn’t know why they are building the solution they’re building). Other times, consultants have great business insight and understanding but lack the technical abilities to translate their functional ideas into feasible technical solutions.
At Paladino, our passion is to achieve both. Understanding the functional side of the business problem is essential in order to successfully solve it through technology.
With that in mind, our team decided it was time to look back at LATAM. Why? Well for starters it’s amazing weather, warm people and delicious food. In addition to these crucial factors, this focus is geared towards taking advantage of the flourishing business ecosystem and the opportunity to change the traditional advisory and make it different. This is how Paladino HCM has landed operations in the United States, Colombia and Mexico, generating implementation plans for companies at a global level.
